Crop Mastery in Farmville

Starting from 30th of september a new mastery level has been added: “Crop Mastery”.
Each time you harvest a crop you will earn a level to that specific crop mastery level.
And ofcourse that is brilliant because now… all players need to refocus on all crops again instead of focussing on the crops that produces the most value.

Okay … so once you get to the 3 levels of “Crop Mastery” what happens? Are you still able to plant those crops and get coins?

The literature says that once you achieve the third level of mastery, there is a chance that every crop you plant of the mastered crop will be one of the “supercrops” that give you one experience from harvesting them. just like if they had been fertilized. It did not say whether that combined with the crop being fertilized by a friend.
If it is also fertilized, yes, you get +2XP. I have mastered Strawberries and rice so far.
i got through level 3 mastery on tea .i got a sign. but i’m not getting xp for my tea
How do you know what mastery level you’re currently at for each specific crop?

when you go to the market to buy seeds there are 3 stars under the produce pictures that corresponds to the mastery level. there is also a bar under that will show you how many more harvests you need to get to the next mastery level. just roll your arrow over is and it will appear.
How can you expand the farm if you don’t have enough friends? Is it possible?

Why would one want to master all of the crops? Especially the ones that take several days to grow?
