i have total 27 gifts with unique counting 17. but not spoiled, gifted ribbon is counting only 10 and asking for 5 more to earn red ribbon. i want to know why my 17 unique gifts are being counted only as 10.

I just got all my 51 neighbors that I needed but I never got the XP or the Share The Wealth Sign.Then I checked my ribbon and I had the blue ribbon there but I never got the reward !!!! Whats up with that ???!!!!! I am so mad !!!!
