Add plenty of friends too, so you can help with their farms (you earn coins and xp for doing this), and exchange free gifts with them (trees and animals, from which you can earn coins too).

It’s important to remember that farmville is largely a waiting game. You plant seeds and wait for your crops to grow, but until then there’s not much you can do (except decorate your farm ). So just be patient. The good thing about this game is that it’s relatively easy to earn coins (especially when you utilize every available space on your land) so you don’t have to worry about buying seeds and stuff.
